Shipping Policy

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.  

With standard shipping, your order will typically SHIP within 5-15 days.

Normally you will receive your order in 7-25 business days from the date that it is placed. Once shipped out, you can track your order via the Shop app and will receive an email with tracking information. If you have any questions, please use the Contact Us link at the bottom.

Please note:  Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out of our warehouse. Please expect processing and shipping delays during the Holiday season.

Please expect delays with all deliveries during this time due to reduced flights and delays with customs clearances that are constantly changing. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control but we are in constant contact with our shipping partners to ensure everything runs as smooth as possible. - We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
- If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
